The second version of an existing production matchmaking application, rebuilt from scratch with Expo. The work covers its core matching flows, long registration forms, a new interface, and paid subscriptions on both app stores.

I re-architected the app, redesigned its screens, improved long forms, and integrated subscriptions.

The rewrite used Expo as a clean baseline. Long registration flows were split into manageable steps, while subscriptions were treated as part of the app architecture instead of a late add-on.

Modernizes a product with 50K downloads and adds paid subscriptions on both iOS and Android.
